Avocado toast
Ingredients
- 2 white bread muffins
- 1 avocado
- 100g butter
- 6 egg
- chili pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 càc mustard
- 6 càs water
Recipe
- separate the egg white from the yolkq of 2 eggs, then add the lemon juice, salt and pepper
- place the mix under a double boiler, and whisk. gradually add the warm butter as you mix
- add the chili pepper and continue stirring until it thickens
- cut the muffins in hall and toast them
- slice the avocado. spread some sauce over the muffins, then the avocado slices on top
- cook the remaining 4 eggs as soft boiled eggs (6 minutes in boiling water, gently put the eggs in the boiling water, then cool them down under cold water
- place the eggs on the toasts and add a little more sauce over
